A study led by DTDM researcher Prof. Mireille van Eechoud was recently mentioned in a column for the Dutch newspaper Trouw . DTDM researcher Prof. Mireille van Eechoud and Luna Schumacher recently had an article published in the Dutch legal publication Nederland Juristenblad , entitled “Data na de dood: Zwevend tussen contract en gegevensbescherming .” The article discusses the legal aspects of digital inheritance and what happens to a person’s data after death.
